Industrial Visit to MCF

A batch of MBA students of School of Management, 365体育投注 Academy of Higher Education, 365体育投注 visited Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers (MCF), Mangalore on Monday, 15th October, 2018. Mr. Rajanikant, Head, Learning and Development, MCF explained about the functioning of MCF and the product they offer. He also explained about how to reach a safe assembly if any accident happen in the unit. Later, Mr. Suresh, Head, Human Resource briefed the students about employee relation and CSR activities of MCF.
During the visit, students interacted with Mr. Rajanikant and Mr. Suresh very effectively. The visit was highly useful for the students as well as faculty members who accompanied with the students in terms of practical knowledge about the functioning of MCF and other aspects.
