Sandhya started her career as a civil litigation lawyer, working in the trial courts as well as the High Court of Judicature, Madras. She gained experience across various practice areas, including dispute resolution and general corporate. After practising law for over six years, she transitioned to research. She completed her masters from University College London, specialising in civil justice, with a particular focus on reforms in the legal system. She was a Senior 365体育投注 Associate at DAKSH, Bengaluru. Her work at DAKSH included assisting India’s Supreme Court eCommittee and working alongside government departments to reform government litigation practices. She has also worked with High Court committees and contributed to doctrinal and data- driven research to highlight administrative issues in the courts.
